Art on the walls.... one has to ask, where is her left hand and what is it doing?
within the angkor wat complex...
these monkeys were a little eerie. One charged me and growled a bit. This one just tried to steal my hat.
Holy cow! saw this guy when we watched the sunset from one of the temples.
And you thought the democrats had money issues... look at the size of the people's party headquarters!
in temples around ankor wat, the buildings haven't been completely restored, so you can see jungle life growing on the building itself.
Back in thailand, I found it nice to be reminded what to do in the bathroom.
Some dudes I met on kho san road (bangkok)
we finished 3 of these.
In what can only be described as a crime against humanity, a shopping mall in bangkok shows movie previews right out in the open! wtf!??!! I had to close my eyes and ears to get this picture. even though the previews were in thai, i can never be too safe.
I, uh, am drawing a blank on what to write here. Seems like a great opportunity for a Sarah Palin remark, but I got nothing.
Went diving at the island of kho tao (where I am now). I didn't get any dive shots b/c we went too deep for my camera (30 meters). I took this shot while free swimming. The prop is actually spinning in this shot! seems safe, no?
Kho tao
kho tao at night!
I only have 2+ weeks left of traveling! Life is so unfair to me! :(

Some very neat pictures. What are you coming home?
Moep
i'll be back oct 28th around midnight.
massive tree kicking building's ass = awesome. And I can't believe you finished 3 of those towering beers each. I assume it was each? I also just noticed that the first comment says "what are you coming home" instead of "when". Which means you didn't answer the question-what are you coming home (as?)? Hmm??
leave it to my dear mz onescitor to look deep, so deep, into something that i had not given 2nd thought to. alas, i come home even more sure of who i am and more aware of the things i see and behaviors around me. more sure that i am happy about who i am and the things i've learned. i see so many minor behaviors that i'm glad i see while others just kind of move on totally unaware about why they were feeling the way were or their impact on those around them. and unfortunately, more aware that there's a BS element to socializing that i will never be able to identify with or be good at.
oh, and i just drank beers w/ a scottish dude. he's gotta be like family to you or something... :)
finally, i apologize for all the sentences that end with prepositions!
OMG! What do you think of Koh Tao? Isn't it amazing? It was me and Rusty's favorite part of our trip over there... Where are you staying? We stayed at the Koh Tao Cabanas at the north end of Sai Ree Beach.
hey alli! hope the boozers did well last night! i actually didn't like koh tao. in addition to the things i mention in the next post, there weren't that many backpackers there which meant it was harder to meet people. but i can see that perhaps in a totally different week, it would be stellar. i'm currently loving koh phi phi... only 11 days left..... it's not fair damn it!!!
